Services Provided
Diagnostic:
Pneumatic Otoscopy
Used to examine the mobility and appearance of the tympanic membranes to check for signs of tympanic membrane rupture as well as infection of the external or middle ear.
Microscopic Study
Used for office procedures including wax removal and tube placements to provide accurate results.
Hearing Tests
Tuning fork tests and OAE are used to diagnose hearing problems and referral is provided if further testing is needed.
Endoscopy
This is a procedure that enables the examiner to examine the inner lining of the nose/throat using a thin, rigid/or/flexible tube called the endoscope. The patient can later view pictures on a screen to have a better understanding of his/her situation.
